With more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker working with children and adolescents, I understand the unique challenges young people face in today's world. From social media and technology to the constant flow of information at their fingertips, children are navigating complex experiences at increasingly younger ages. As a result, anxiety and emotional stress have become more common, leaving many parents wondering how to best support their children while helping them build resilience, healthy relationships, and confidence. For 19 years as a School Social Worker, I've supported children with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. Over the past two years, I've expanded my work into private practice, providing individualized therapy for children, teens, and families while helping parents navigate both home and school challenges.
